EVENT REFUND POLICY

Events will take place rain or shine.

We understand that sometimes things happen and you are not able to attend an event you registered for. We are proud to offer one of the most lenient policy's out there. You have the option to ROLLOVER your registration to another event or TRANSFER your registration to another person at no cost.

Registration fees are non-refundable, but can be converted to a donation, transferred to another participant, or deferred to another event (rolled over). Roll over requests must be made 14 days prior to the event start date by sending an email to INFO@LATRAIL.ORG

If an event, such as Cycle Zydeco has a specific cash refund policy then that policy will supersede this one. Always consider travel insurance it may cover the cost of registrations in addition to travel expenses.

BIKE RENTAL REFUND POLICY

95% of bike rental fees are refundable (or 100% rollover credit) when the cancellation request is made more than 62 days before the start of the event.

61 days before the event: 75% of rental fee refunded, (100% rollover credit)


31 days before the event: 50% of rental fee refunded, (100% rollover credit)
15 days before the event: 25% of rental fee refunded, (100% rollover credit)

14 days or less before the event: no refund or rollover
